1. الاستخدام المسموح به للخدمة

In all cases any permitted use of the Images is limited to the Term of your subscription and subject to the reasonable use of the Service.
2. الاستخدام المحظور للخدمةيحظر ما يلي:

3. Improper and unreasonable / Unfair Use

Failure to cooperate with the outcome of these audits will incur the immediate suspension or cancellation of the right granted under this Licence. When you log in to the Service from a device, you will be logged out automatically if you try to login in again to the Service from a second device using the same username and password.Guide to Iraqi Laws shall then have the right to review your use of the Service in order to ascertain that you did not allow any unauthorized person to have access to the Service using your username and password.
If the outcome of the review reveals that you had unlawfully allowed an unauthorized person to access the Service using your username and password,Guide to Iraqi Laws shall have the right to automatically suspend your subscription without any prior notice.
4. إبراء الذمة

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing,Guide to Iraqi Laws is not liable for any damages or loss caused to the subscriber’s computer records or data, regardless of the reason, including viruses or other intrusive, disruptive, or destructive programs or files, or for any loss of earnings or income. Guide to Iraqi Laws’ website may contain advertising and /or Third parties content including web Forums. Advertisers and / or Third Parties are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on EASTLAW’s website is accurate and / or complies with applicable laws.Guide to Iraqi Laws shall not be responsible for the illegality of or any error or inaccuracy in advertisers' or Third parties' materials or for the acts or omissions of advertisers and / or Third Parties.

6. Credentials: Usernames and Passwords
The License is granted for the exclusive and own personal use of the Subscriber.
Usernames and passwords are personal, confidential and non-transferable to any third party. They are intended to be used by a single authorized user, unless otherwise expressly agreed withGuide to Iraqi Laws. If you attempt to duplicate the simultaneous access to the service without being authorized to, this shall be deemed to be an improper use of the Service entitlingGuide to Iraqi Laws to audit your usage and suspend the License. You are therefore responsible for any access using your username and password, even if that use is fraudulent.
It is mandatory that you understand that only subscribers included in your License can you use the Service.

7. تجديد الإشتراك

7. Renewal of your Subscription
Subscription to the Services offered onGuide to Iraqi Laws website is made on annual basis. Your subscription is automatically renewed for one year except if you provideGuide to Iraqi Laws with a written termination notice three months before the expiry of your annual subscription. Upon receiving such notice,Guide to Iraqi Laws shall deactivate all relevant credentials associated to your account on the day of termination of your annual subscription.
Moreover, the right to use granted herein shall be withdrawn in the event of non-compliance with any of the clauses of this Licence, including, in particular, any improper use. In such a case, all your usernames will be automatically deactivated.
If you do not notify your intention not to renew your Subscription toGuide to Iraqi Laws or, if you notify your intention not to renew your subscription but without respecting the delay of three month mentioned in this section, your subscription shall be renewed for another one year. Your new subscription shall then be subjected to the rates applicable at the time of renewal.
8. التعديلات

8. Amendments
The terms and conditions of access, the rates, commercial names of the Services subscribed to, and the services offered may be modified at the sole discretion ofGuide to Iraqi Laws. Nevertheless,Guide to Iraqi Laws shall not modify the rates applicable to your subscription or modify the scope of the Services subscribed to, or the allowed number of users during the term of your annual subscription. At any time the rates applicable to the Services you are subscribed to are modified, the modified rates shall be applicable to you only at the time of renewal of your subscription.
